I joined CrossFit609 in January 2023. From day one I felt at home. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly. I started CrossFit over 10 years ago and took a few years break after my box closed (focused on Triathlon). I had been wanting to get back into CrossFit and visited other boxes. I finally visited CrossFit609 and haven’t left. They are challenging yet respect any modifications you need to do to get the workout done and allow you to be your best self. Thanks to all the coaches for helping me find my strength again!

Family friendly atmosphere, AMAZING coaches and accepting of all people shapes and sizes and skill level ! Not just a place for the athletes it's for the regular "Joes" as well. If you are looking to be a better you and make some healthy changes in your life- this is the place to be!
